Let's Ride!
The Road Cycling Club based in Shrewsbury
Welcome to Shropshire's No.1 Road Cycling Club
Who we are…
Paramount CRT is a cycling club in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, that offers the opportunity to ride in various groups on organised club rides.
Each group follows club guidelines to ensure everyone enjoys a safe and fun ride, generally finishing with refreshments back in town after the ride.
Within the club we have current and former experienced Road Racers, active time triallists, sportive riders, cyclo cross riders and many that do a few or all of these.
Perfect for everyone
What all of us want is to enjoy getting out on our bikes in whatever form it takes.
We hope that Paramount CRT is an environment in which you can do just that, where you can learn from others and progress to leading club rides for the benefit of other club members.
What we do:
- Promote cycling in a safe, accessible manner.
- Run regular club rides, periodic big days out, races, reliability rides and social events
- Host a closed Facebook group and WhatsApp groups for advice and to facilitate ad-hoc rides with other members, plus a club calendar showing club, local and national events
- Provide high quality club kit at cost prices
Come and join us
We are a friendly group of like minded individuals who simply love to ride our bikes in good company. Whether you want to join a social ride or a progressive racing team, you will be made very welcome.
